Preparing for pregnancy is something both partners can participate in. Egg health and sperm health are both part of the reproductive picture, so Naître’s approach is to offer nutritional support for each partner rather than placing the entire preconception routine on one person.
That doesn’t mean a supplement can promise conception — it can’t. It simply means both people can make looking after their preconception nutrition part of the same conversation.

There are two formulas — not one identical product for both
The Couples option combines Naître’s Women’s Fertility Formula and Men’s Fertility Formula, but their nutrient profiles are not identical.
The Women’s Formula contains 400µg of folate as 5-MTHF alongside nutrients including vitamin D, zinc, CoQ10 and L-carnitine. The Men’s Formula has its own formulation, including 200mg L-carnitine, L-arginine, zinc, selenium, CoQ10 and additional botanical ingredients.
In other words, “taking it together” doesn’t mean taking the same thing. Each partner has their own formula, designed around their respective preconception nutritional needs.

The routine itself is simple: one sachet each, every day
There’s no complicated his-and-hers schedule to remember. Each partner takes one sachet of their respective formula each day. It can be taken directly from the sachet or added to a favourite drink, with Naître recommending taking it at roughly the same time each day to help build consistency.

Both formulas come in a liquid format — with different flavours
Both products use Naître’s liquid sachet format. The Women’s Fertility Formula has a natural strawberry flavour, while the Men’s Fertility Formula has a natural cherry flavour.

A pack contains 14 days — your delivery frequency determines how many arrive
Each individual pack contains 14 daily sachets, so the number of packs you receive depends on your chosen delivery frequency.
A 14-day Couples supply contains one Women’s pack and one Men’s pack: 14 sachets for her and 14 for him.
The 28-day option provides 28 daily sachets for each partner — effectively two 14-sachet packs of each formula.
So while each individual pack contains 14 days of sachets, the amount arriving in a delivery depends on the routine you choose.

A one-time 14-day Couples supply is £70.
Couples who want regular deliveries can choose a 14-day subscription at £59.50 every two weeks, saving 15%, or a 28-day supply at £114.80 every four weeks, saving 18% against the equivalent one-time purchase.
Subscription orders include free UK delivery and can be edited, paused, skipped or cancelled, giving you flexibility if your routine or needs change.
