Purified Water, Inositol (Myo-Inositol), Acidity regulator (Citric Acid), Magnesium Bisglycinate, Cellulose Gum, Xanthan Gum, Colours (Beta Carotene, Red Beet Extract), D-Chiro Inositol, Natural Raspberry Extract, Natural Watermelon Extract, N-Acetyl L-Cysteine, Sunflower Lecithin, Vitamin C (Sodium Ascorbate), Potassium Sorbate, Zinc Picolinate, Sweetener (Steviol Glycosides from Stevia), Vitamin B9 Folate (L-5-Methyl-tetrahydrofolate Calcium), Vitamin B12 (Methylcobalamin), Chromium Picolinate. Does not contain as ingredients cereals containing gluten, crustaceans, eggs, fish, peanuts, soy, milk, molluscs, tree nuts, celery, mustard or sesame.
Take one sachet per day. Shake or gently massage the sachet before opening. Drink directly from the sachet or add to your favourite drink. Do not exceed the stated dose.
